CFE pec/rear delt fly has been designed with precise biomechanics to accurately target and strengthen the rear delts and chest. Dual movements are possible and the machine comes with high durability cable and belt drive mechanisms which makes the movement super smooth. It is constructed with heavy duty steel and quality checked multiple times to ensure complete safety. Adequate padding in the seat helps protect your joints. It also has a Timer and rep counter for workout tracking. It can take plate load of up to 235 lbs.
