Good treadmill, bad service

The treadmill itself is sturdy..but the technician sent at my residence for installation was pathetic..He was highly unprofessional..Didn't give a full fledged demo.He wasn't aware of fixing side panels,so called other people via video calls n asked them how to fix side panels..He made me do all work of unboxing the treadmill, started throwing tantrums , asking me to arrange one more person for his help ...And was busy saying "yeh Mera kaam nahi, wo Mera kaam nahi".He was infact in hurry to complete the work without even proper installation..Asked me"yeh bas show ke liye diye hai side panels,yeh lagau?ye itna zaroori nahi hai..Tere papa ke sath karne baith jana".
The treadmill is good..but service sucks ..
I had to wait for 2 weeks after delivery of treadmil and the technician namely Yunus escaped the work of installation by giving excuses of being sick..we had to call for more then 10 times to arrange for installation..

This is very nice treadmill. I was not able to do the exercise due to my busy schedule.
But now this issue has been resolved .
Because I bought Cosco treadmill and put this in my bedroom. And doing running and walking anytime.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Cosco offers its customers an ’Easy cancel policy’. To request a refund, cancellation or return, please send in your request or complaint on our email customercare@cosco.in within 2 days/48 hours.We offer an easy 7-day return with 48 hrs refund in case someone doesn’t like the product.
We do not accept returns if a request is generated after 7 Business Days of receiving the order, the product is damaged due to use by the customer, returned with damaged original packaging.
