Reliable and durable

Have received the product in 3 days with Scheduled delivery option. Product came intact in a superb packaging. Installation was done by the Cosco technician. As far the product is concerned, the treadmill runs smoothly without making any noise and suitable for any age group. Easy to use features and safety tools built in. It’s a great product which gives good value for money and peace of mind.
We are 4 members in our family and all are using it.

Good but after doing complaint

I had asked for a motor repair within warranty. Since then the machine has been working very nicely despite my Initial interaction not being that nice.

Nice product but Late delivery!!

My order had reached on time but the person who had to install it kept on delaying due to this national
Holiday excuse. Was not impressed at all by that even tho I like using this machine.

We offer Free delivery and installation of all products and free after-sales during the warranty period of fitness items.
The installation of fitness equipment( treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, home gym, machines) will be done by our technicians within 24-48 hrs of it being delivered.All after-sales will be handled directly by Cosco for such items.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Cosco offers its customers an ’Easy cancel policy’. To request a refund, cancellation or return, please send in your request or complaint on our email customercare@cosco.in within 2 days/48 hours.We offer an easy 7-day return with 48 hrs refund in case someone doesn’t like the product.
We do not accept returns if a request is generated after 7 Business Days of receiving the order, the product is damaged due to use by the customer, returned with damaged original packaging.
