The strong 1.5  HP AC Motor Stair climber is the machine of choice for strong and toned glutes. Stair climbing works all of your major lower-body muscles, including glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps and calves. When you stair climb , you burn twice the fat in half the time than if you run and three times more than if you walk. It can take user weight up to 200kgs.
