Replacement in case of a manufacturing defect
- We process all orders within 2 business days. Shipping of the product requires around 2-7 business days.
- We offer Free delivery and installation of all products and free after-sales during the warranty period of fitness items.
- The installation of fitness equipment( treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, home gym, machines) will be done by our technicians within 24-48 hrs of it being delivered.All after-sales will be handled directly by Cosco for such items.
- Your order deliveries will be made between Monday – Sunday on prior intimation by the delivery partner. We partner with some of India's best delivery service providers like Bluedart and shiprocket, to ensure a seamless and smooth delivery.

- We do not accept returns if a request is generated after 7 Business Days of receiving the order, the product is damaged due to use by the customer, returned with damaged original packaging.
