The CHG160r is a high utility product. It is constructed with heavy duty material and strong padding for utmost safety for your joints and body. It comes with a 150 lbs weight stack. The muscle groups possible to target include chest, biceps, triceps, shoulder and back. It has an adjustable seat making it super easy to workout. It can take user weight up to 140kgs.
