The five station gym is a work of pure machine craftsmanship. It is constructed with heavy duty material and strong padding for utmost safety for your joints and body. It comes with a 145lbs weight stack. The muscle groups possible to target include chest, biceps, triceps, shoulder and back. It has a special abs station to help one get toned ab muscles. It can take user weight up to 150kgs.
