1. Cosco offers its customers an ’Easy cancel policy’. To request a refund, cancellation or return, please send in your request or complaint on our email customercare@cosco.in within 2 days/48 hours.We offer an easy 7-day return with 48 hrs refund in case someone doesn’t like the product.

We do not accept returns if a request is generated after 7 Business Days of receiving the order, the product is damaged due to use by the customer, returned with damaged original packaging, or if the product is used, opened or altered.
