1. Cosco offers its customers an ’Easy cancel policy’. To request a refund, cancellation, or return, please send in your request or complaint to our email customercare@cosco.in within 2 days/48 hours. We offer an easy 7-day return with 48 hrs refund in case someone doesn’t like the product.
2. We do not accept returns if a request is generated after 7 Business Days of receiving the order, the product is damaged due to use by the customer, returned with the damaged original packaging. In case your issue is not resolved you can reach out to our customer care which is available Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 6 PM. To learn more please check our return policy.
3. Due to hygiene purposes, We don't accept any return or exchange for only Personal care Products.
1. We process all orders within 2 business days. Shipping of the product requires around 2-7 business days.
2. We offer Free delivery and installation of all products and free after-sales during the warranty period of fitness items.
3. The installation of fitness equipment( treadmills, bikes, ellipticals, home gym, machines) will be done by our technicians within 24-48 hrs of it being delivered. All after-sales will be handled directly by Cosco for such items.
4. Your order deliveries will be made between Monday – Sunday on prior intimation by the delivery partner. We partner with some of India's best delivery service providers like Bluedart and shiprocket, to ensure a seamless and smooth delivery.

To request a refund, cancellation and return, it is mandatory to request a complaint on our email customercare@cosco.in within 2 days/48 hours.
Which are the items that cannot be returned/exchanged?
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns/exchange on Personal Care products.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
● Request is generated after 7 Days of receiving the order.
● Product is damaged due to use by Customer.
● Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
● Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty
● The product is good to use as per the advice of the manufacturing brand and the product has no issues caused by shipping.
Damaged or Defective item/wrong product:
Our shipments and packaging are designed to keep the product safety at most priority to prevent any damages. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment, you can request for a replacement or refund within 2 days from the date of receiving the product(s). All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at customercare@cosco.in
The free gift is included as a part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.
Cancellation of Order:
All orders are processed within two business working days, Cancellation can be done via your account before the product is dispatched. In failure to do so via your account call us or write to us at customercare@cosco.in
Refund:
After the product reaches our warehouse and has gone through quality check, the refund will be processed within 3-4 business working days. All refund will be transferred to the bank account or can be transferred to the Cosco.
I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
