Well built and very sturdy - very smooth elliptical

The product elliptical was came in a well packaged box for protecting the equipment and was delivered on time.

We have to call the number of Cosco customer care 9654136136 for scheduling the installation. The support team called back and arranged for the installation the next day.

The technician did a very good job at assembling the equipment very patiently and carefully.

As for the product, This is really a Semi-commercial grade product which is well built, very sturdy and excellent finish. The movement is very smooth and the stride length is actually good. The designer has also taken care of the asthetics too. Overall, a very good buy.

Will update after a couple of months use.

Cosco offers its customers an ’Easy cancel policy’. To request a refund, cancellation or return, please send in your request or complaint on our email customercare@cosco.in within 2 days/48 hours.We offer an easy 7-day return with 48 hrs refund in case someone doesn’t like the product.
We do not accept returns if a request is generated after 7 Business Days of receiving the order, the product is damaged due to use by the customer, returned with damaged original packaging.
