The product was assembled by Cosco technician . The product is amazing at the price. Since it's magnetic there is no noise .
Place to keep your mobile of you wish. Resistance is quite decent and exercises the glutes as well as the thighs

terrible service

purchased a COSCO cycle from TOTAL SPORTSDADAR MUMBAI.. their business promptness was excellent in delivering the machine.
however after 6 months the bearings in the pedal gave trouble.
was reffered to SUNSHINE FITNESS AND SPORTS who are the sevice providers. Their service was terrible and they kept giving excuses that staff were on leave.. After several days of constant calls from my side and intervention from TOTAL SPORTS their mtechnician came for repairs sbut could not rectify the fault.
after a week they sent another men who managed to rectify it but created another glitch with the fan belt.
the service agent promises to send a man for repairs but to no avail as he did not turn up inspite of 2 appointments. the cycle is inoperable and awaits rectification. terrible service from SUNSHINE FITNESS

Sturdy Exercise Bike

Using since 1 week. Bike is sturdy. Built feels good. B&W display unit is of stone age era. Costlier compared to other brands but reliability and performance over longer period will tell if it is value for extra money.

Cosco offers its customers an ’Easy cancel policy’. To request a refund, cancellation or return, please send in your request or complaint on our email customercare@cosco.in within 2 days/48 hours.We offer an easy 7-day return with 48 hrs refund in case someone doesn’t like the product.
We do not accept returns if a request is generated after 7 Business Days of receiving the order, the product is damaged due to use by the customer, returned with damaged original packaging.
