5.    What is the minimum and maximum time for a product delivery?

We ensure the delivery within 1-3 working days. In the worst condition, it may take upto 7 working days and the same will be informed to you through different means of communication.

6.    What is the min/max time period for a product to be replaced?

The products purchased will be replaced and delivered to the customer in 5-7 working days according to the availability. And for the return of delivered product in the damaged condition, the amount will be refunded within the next 5 business days.

7.    Does the website have a medium to track our packages?

The moment you place your order you will find “Track your order” option which will update you with your package until it gets delivered at your shipping address shared with us at the time of the purchase.

Dealers from where the equipment was purchased are responsible for servicing the equipment or supporting in the repair. It will not be a free service. For the assistance of our valued customers, we have some authorised dealers. You can mail us or call to book your service or repair request.

12.    What are the selling price of fitness and the sports equipments?

You will find the selling price of each sports, fitness products, accessories and others listed on the online shopping websites selling them.

A Cosco customer is required to drop us an email to the shared email address with images of damaged product received.  The same will be verified by the concerned team and after approval the customer needs to send the product to the given return address.

We will check the received product condition and dispatch a new product shortly.
